Dunkin’ Donuts Celebrates Five Years of Helping to Save Lives: Headquarters in Canton Hosts American Red Cross Blood Drive

All blood donors will receive a coupon for free pound of Dunkin' coffee.

Dunkin’ Donuts headquarters located in Canton is hosting an American Red Cross blood drive to help increase the blood supply and raise awareness about the need for blood. The drive is being held Thursday, January 5, at 130 Royall Street in Canton, from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. During the month of January, all presenting blood donors in Massachusetts will receive a coupon from Dunkin’ Donuts for a free pound of coffee*.  Blood is an essential component for patient care in area hospitals, and the only source of blood is a healthy, volunteer blood donor.  About every two seconds someone in America needs blood, and one donation can help save up to three lives.  All current and new donors are strongly urged to call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767…

All in the Family: Canton Police Arrest Brothers in Dunkin' Donuts Robbery

Canton Police arrested two brothers Sunday morning alleged to have committed a rash of robberies at Dunkin' shops across the Bay State.

These brothers kept the crime all in the family. Canton Police arrested Peter J. Wallace of Dorchester and Wayne M. Wallace of Quincy early Sunday morning after being caught breaking into the Neponset Street Dunkin' Donuts. The pair, who are suspected in a rash of Dunkin' Donuts burglaries around the Bay State, allegedly used a crow bar to pry open the drive through window, Canton Police Chief Ken Berkowitz told Patch Monday. The Wallaces, who were wearing homemade masks during the break-in, sped off when Canton Police arrived on scene after the burglar alarm went off at 12:18 a.m. Sunday, Berkowitz said. Dunkin’ Donuts has contributed more than $120,000 to assist in finding a cure for cancer.

Dunkin' Donuts Franchisees Fined Nearly $6,000 for Child Labor Violations

Violations occurred at locations in Dartmouth, Fall River, Westport and Fairhaven, attorney general said.
