2,800-Mile Takeout Run: Mississippi Man Returns Home with 250 Pizzas from Stoughton's Town Spa Most people have a favorite pizza place. For David Schuler his is Town Spa in Stoughton, about 1,400 miles away from his Madison, Mississippi home. But that doesn't prevent Schuler, a Stoughton native, from enjoying a slice (or more) of his favorite hometown pizza. Schuler made headlines last August when he drove from his home in Madison, Miss. (north of Jackson, Miss.) to Town Spa and back again to pick up an order of 150 pizzas. He upped the ante this year by placing an order of 250 pizzas. JFK School Continues to Talk Safety with Students in Canton

The Canton elementary school held an assembly with students today.

After an 11-year-old student let off an air-soft bead gun onto a JFK Elementary School bus yesterday afternoon, administrators and police reiterated safety at school with the students. A 10:00 a.m. assembly held at the school today included presentations by Interim Principal Jan Chamberlain, Assistant Principal Meredith Carey, the Canton Police Department and a school psychologist. In a statement released Friday, Chamberlain said the assembly addressed several issues including: After the assembly and after student discussions, administrators found out that several students had seen the air gun at school but did not report it, according to Chamberlain.
