5 Things Jan 2: American Red Cross Blood Drive Today at the Canton Public Library

School vacation is over, back to school today.

At 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. there is a Still Life painting class sponsored by the Canton Art Association. Contact Ellen McHugo at emchugo@aol.com. Location: Library Art and Activities room. 2. There is an American Red Cross Blood Drive today from 12 noon till 5 p.m. at the Canton Public Library. Location: Library Community room. 3. The Canton Council on Aging has coffee hour at 10:00 a.m. You could also do WII Bowling at 10 instead. Meatball sub for lunch today. 4. 5 Things, Nov 21: Canton Public Schools Early Release Today

Thanksgiving recess begins today.

1. The Canton Public Schools have an early release today for Thanksgiving recess. There are no half day programs for Pre-K or for K. 2. The Canton Art Association is offering a Still Life Painting class from 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Canton Public Library.  3. The Village Toy Shoppe in Cobbs Corner at the Village Shoppes has Storytume at 10:30 a.m. The store will close at 6 p.m. for the Thanksgiving Holiday. 4. There is a Conservation Commission Meeting at 7 p.m. at the Pequitside Tavern, 79 Pleasant St., to go over the Current Agenda.
