Canton Patch Business Spotlight: Hazel Boone Dance Studio

Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop.

To the girls and boys at Hazel Boone, that's nothing to shy away from.  On their breaks from the stage, dancer after dancer echoed the same thoughts, shared by dancer Kerry McGillicuddy. "It's fun. It's busy and a lot of costume changes but totally fun!" McGillicuddy, who has danced since she was three-years-old, is looking forward to a special dance …

Through the years, Hazel Boone has instructed many young girls in the art of dance through ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and more. Patch Photographer Vanessa McManus, who took classes at Hazel Boone in her youth, photographed ballet and tap classes.
