Police Log: Walpole Teen Arrested After Fatal Crash in Canton

Thursday, Sept. 12:
At 12:55 a.m. police arrested a 24-year-old Roxbury woman for driving with a suspended license at the intersection of Washington Street and Wall Street.
At 9:46 a.m. police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the corner of Washington Street and Royal Street.

At 12:41 p.m. a larceny was reported on Arboretum Way.
At 8:12 p.m. suspicious activity was reported at the UCC Cemetery on Randolph Street.

Friday, Sept. 13:
At 6:53 a.m. police arrested a 28-year-old Stoughton man for driving without a license at the intersection of Bolivar Street and Waterfall Drive.
At 8:01 a.m. police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the Ponkapoag Golf Course.
At 11:47 a.m. malicious damage was reported at Dave’s Tire and Auto on Turnpike Street.
At 2:31 p.m. a larceny was reported at the Hemenway Housing on Washington Street.
At 4:14 p.m. suspicious activity was reported on York Street.
At 5:41 p.m. a caller reported suspicious people at the Messinger Street Playground.
At 5:47 p.m. police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Ponkapag Way and Washington Street.
Saturday, Sept. 14:
At 12:36 a.m. police arrested Gregory Kleiner, 28, of Abington for operating under the influence of alcohol on Washington Street.
At 1:01 a.m. police responded to a motor vehicle accident at Matt Kelly’s Pub on Washington Street.
At 8:48 a.m. a caller reported a weapons offense on Lawrence Street.
At 5:16 p.m. a caller reported someone was soliciting at Crowell’s Market on Washington Street.
At 9:10 p.m. police arrested James Perkins, 44, of Avon for operating under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop for police, speeding, drug possession and a marked lanes violation. The arrest was made on Indian Lane at the Water Tower.
At 9:28 p.m. a caller reported malicious damage done at the Shaw’s Supermarket on Washington Street.
Sunday, Sept. 15:
At 2:14 a.m. police arrested Mikhail Kolinchak, 64, of Canton for a domestic assault and battery on Rockland Street.
At 7:33 a.m. a caller reported malicious damage done on Rockland Street.
At 5:06 p.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle break-in at the Marshall’s parking lot at the Village Shoppes.
At 5:51 p.m. police arrested Steven R. Walsh, 19, of Walpole for a homicide by negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. SEE STORY.
